Sellers Health Sciences Library

The Sellers Health Sciences Library of Hendrick Medical Center provides medical and health information to the Texas Midwest covering 22 counties.

Sellers Health Sciences Library, named after the late Erle Dees Sellers, M.D., is committed to offering access to the latest medical information in a timely and accurate manner. The library maintains current references to all specialties as well as current journals, periodicals and consumer health books for use by physicians, patient family members and the community. The library has access to additional medical resources through a network of medical libraries worldwide.

Memorial Day

Memorial Day should not be just about barbecues and a day at the beach it is a great way to remember our patriotic heroes who sacrificed their lives to help us breathe the air of freedom.  This day is observed with families and friends visiting cemeteries and memorials to pay homage to their loved ones.  Memorial Day was first celebrated on May 30, 1968.  Memorial Day is always celebrated the last Monday in May.
